This is a long one, but we are so excited to introduce our newly licensed physical therapist Larry Filer PT, DPT!! Larry was born and raised in Wichita Falls and participated in many sports throughout high school. While attending ECU, Larry competed in cross country and track and field all four years. During his doctoral studies at Texas Tech, he continued to run, competing in multiple half marathons, and has the goal of becoming an ironman finisher in the future. If you don't know, an Ironman consists of a 2.4-mile swim that leads into a 112-mile bike ride followed by a 26.2-mile run, on average, this takes over 12 hours to complete. Obviously, Larry is not afraid of big goals, he is already working on the advanced course work required to become a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist. Since graduating from Texas Tech PT school, Larry and his wife Angel have moved back to Wichita Falls to be close to family and make a positive impact on the community that helped shaped them.
Fun fact: They are expecting a little girl in mid-November!!

Congratulations Larry and Angel!

Congratulations and may God continue to bless you and your family!!!!

Congratulations Larry!

Congratulations! The iron man may take on average more than 12 hours, but Dr. Lawrence Filer will take far less than that when he attempts that endeavor! He is an incredible clinician and any who are under his care will not regret it.

Congratulations Larry
