Sports Performance at OSTC encompasses everything from your recreational runner and cyclist striving for a new PR, the professional athlete dialing their body in for the next season, and the youth athlete starting with no experience looking to lay a foundation for proper form with lifting/running/plyometrics. With our one on one and small groups (2-3 people), we conduct testing to evaluate the speed, agility, power and mobility they need to excel on the field or court. This information and the specific goals of the athlete are then used in the generation of a multi-stage program to achieve their goals.

- Evaluation, Programming and Coaching is done by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS. This is the certification required to train at the D1 level and is regarded as the most advanced certification in the industry.
