At OSTC, we strive to meet the goals and needs for every type of person. We love to help the athlete who is looking for that extra edge, but we also love to help those who are simply striving to live a healthy lifestyle. We have personal trainers who are able to work closely with you to help you set and reach goals. They are able to individualize programs and training for your needs and what you are looking to accomplish. We offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group training sessions to fit your training needs and style.

Best for individuals who are motivated and comfortable working out on their own. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will meet with you and create a workout program specifically designed for you. This is a one-time visit with a one-time fee meant to provide guidance and get you started.
This plan includes two visits. The first visit will be an assessment of general strength, flexibility, body fat composition, body measurements, and cardio fitness. The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will discuss your fitness level and goals and then design a program tailored to you based on the assessments. The second visit will involve one-on-one demonstration and assistance with the designed program as well as proper use of the equipment.
Personal training at OSTC gives you the advantage of working with the best in the industry! Our combination of physical therapists, certified athletic trainers, CSCS’s, and certified nutrition specialists creates an environment where we can guarantee you are being trained in the most challenging way while also preventing injuries.
When working with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, your sessions will begin with an evaluation of your current fitness level, medical history, and discussion of your fitness goal. At that time, your initial measurements, weight, and body composition will be assessed. You and your trainer will then determine a weekly routine and schedule sessions that will best suit your needs. Your training sessions will be tailored to your needs and abilities and will use various exercises every time you meet. At OSTC, you can expect that you will be surrounded by a professional, caring, and energetic staff. We want you to be the best version of you, so our goal is to help you along that journey!

Our performance training programs are designed with excellence in mind. They are led by Colten Mass, Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With years of experience and training, he is uniquely qualified to help athletes of all levels achieve their performance goals.
The primary goals of these programs are to develop muscular needs and hone the movement patterns specific to baseball and softball. We are interested in providing our athletes with the specific training plans, and knowledge behind them, that are necessary to reach their goals on the field.
In order to design a program for the athlete’s needs, we utilize a variety of tools. Colten first performs a movement assessment to check joint mobility and stability. This will help to determine what the athlete is doing well and where they can improve. The information that is attained through this assessment is used to develop a personalized training program for each athlete. The program will combine multiple training methods to work on power development, improve neuromuscular control, and practice injury prevention.
After the initial movement assessment, sessions are conducted in a semi-private environment, consisting of 2-4 athletes of similar age and ability. This setting provides a dynamic opportunity for athletes to push each other while still allowing the Strength and Conditioning Coach to provide individualized coaching and correction of exercise.
