OSTC offers great options for those needing some additional motivation. We help everyone from athletes looking for that extra edge, to those striving to live healthier. Our personal trainers work closely with you to help meet your personal goals. We offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group training sessions to fit your training needs and style.
Each of our personal trainers has earned a bachelor or master degree and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Certifications are recognized through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Individual Program: $25
Best for individuals who are motivated and comfortable working out on their own. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will meet with you and create a workout program specifically designed for you.
Assessment + Program: $50
Includes two visits. The first visit will include assessments of general strength, flexibility, body fat composition, body measurements, and cardio fitness. The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will discuss your fitness level and goals and then design a program tailored to you based on the assessments. The second visit will involve one-on-one demonstration and assistance with the designed program as well as proper use of the equipment.
Sports Performance Program
With the upcoming baseball season on the horizon, it is time to start taking the necessary steps to achieve your baseball goals. This program is designed by Colten Mass (Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist) will help you IMPROVE BASEBALL PERFORMANCE AND REDUCE RISK OF INJURY. Spots are limited. Group Training Classes: $100/4 weeks ($75 for returners)
- Get Up Get Fit- 45 min class designed for women held Monday-Thursday at 5:30am. This class includes weight lifting, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and body weight exercises lead by Tana Drennan, M.Ed., LAT, ATC, CSCS, FNS.
- Shred with Shadow- 45 min class held Monday-Thursday at 7pm. This class is open to everyone and includes weight lifting, Tabata training, and a fun spin on fitness with Thursday night game-night. This class is lead by Shadow Stokes, BS, CSCS.
Pool Classes: price included in membership fee
All members of the wellness program may free swim in the pool and attend any of our aquatic classes for no additional charge.
Our pool is indoor and heated. It maintains a temperature of approximately 91°F year round. The pool is equipped with spa jets along a row of seating and a swim jet in the deep end for continued swimming against a steady current.
OSTC offers a variety of classes for wellness members of all fitness levels. These classes are water based for those looking for cardio fitness in conjunction with an upper body and lower body workout under the direction of an instructor. All members of the wellness program may attend any of our classes for no additional charge.
