2021-2022 Preparticipation Physicals @OSTC

Join us Saturday, May 15th to get your pre-participation physical at OSTC. These are free physicals for athletes at Burkburnett, Christ Academy, Henrietta and Holliday School Districts. Doors will open at 7:30am and the last athletes will be accepted at 9:00am!
Mask will be required while in the building.
All athletes must have the appropriate paperwork field out and signed by a parent or legal guardian, if paperwork is not completed, the athlete will not be allowed to complete the physical.
