Swedish Massage
The best known and most common massage is the Swedish.  This is a basic massage in which the main goal is to relax the entire body.  If you do not receive massages often, this is the perfect massage for you.  The massage therapist will use strokes to warm up the muscles,  gradually break up muscle “knots” and release tension.   Not only does the Swedish massage provide relaxation, but it helps increase the level of oxygen in your blood flow, improve circulation, increases flexibility, and decreases muscle toxins.
