OSTC offers a variety of classes for wellness members of all fitness levels. These classes are for those looking for cardio fitness in conjunction with an upper and lower body workout under the direction of an instructor. All members of the wellness program may attend any of our classes for no additional charge. Our instructors are qualified and certified in Aquatic Exercise.

Current classes offered:

Energize and Tone: Get up and wake up! This class will get your blood pumping with kickboxing, cardio, and strength training. There is always something going on to energize and tone in this class. (Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00am-9:00am)

Total Body Blast: Have you been looking for a workout that will incorporate your whole body?  Well you have found the right class! This is perfect for beginners to every day attendees.  Class workouts will involve swimming, stations, kick boxing, stationary exercises and constant movement.  Don't worry you won't get your hair wet! (Monday 10:00am-11:00am)

Aqua Fit: Needing to get that cardio in your workout, but don't want the pain in your joints? Hop in the water with us for Aqua Fit! You will be constantly moving and doing exercise like running in place, kicks and squat jumps all without the high impact you get out of the water. (Monday 6:00pm-6:45pm and Friday 10:00am-11:00am)

Wogalates: With a creative twist of combining yoga and pilates, this water class is sure to give you a satisfying workout.  Increase your core strength, balance and flexibility with this class. (Monday 6:00pm-6:45pm and Friday 10:00am-11:00am)

Aqua Sculpt: Are you wanting to tone and shape those arms and legs?  Well you have found the right class!  Work on building and shaping your arm and leg muscles as well as using your core to keep your balance in the water. (Wednesday 6:00pm-6:45pm)

Ab Blast: Tighten your tummy and gain back balance with this ab, back and waist strengthening class.  Most people don't realize loss of balance or back pain can sometimes be caused by a weak core.  Keep your core strong and balance steady with Ab Blast. (Tuesday 6:00pm-6:45pm)

Water Works: Let's work the whole body!  Targeting the arms, legs, core and even tackling cardio this class will give you a total body workout.  It will incorporate kickboxing, swimming and stations (both stationary and moving). (Wednesday 10:00am-11:00am and Thursday 6:00pm-6:45pm)
