Athlete’s Advantage Sport Programs

Athlete’s Advantage is a sports conditioning program designed to prepare athletes for fall sports through sport specific individualized programs and ultimately to get the edge over the competition. Programs are designed by a certified strength and conditioning specialist in order to safely prepare an athlete for the upcoming season by incorporating agility, speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility training. Each athlete will be tested prior to the beginning of the program and will be assigned an individualized program based on his or her sport, goals, and current conditioning status. Every athlete seeks to stay ahead of the competition. OSTC, through its Athlete’s Advantage program, trains young athletes to gain that winning edge, because it is about winning.
