Seretha Elkins, PT, MS, SCS Seretha is a licensed physical therapist and the Director for OSTC. She graduated from Holliday High School (1988), then earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Woman's University (1991) as well as a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy (1993). Seretha's clinical expertise is in the area of orthopaedics and sports medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Seretha lectures on various topics related to orthopaedic therapy and provides consultation to local high schools and universities regarding sports related injuries. She is also part of the sports medicine team at Holliday High School. When not working, Seretha enjoys cycling with her parents, boating, landscaping, and playing the guitar. | |
Kay Lewis, PT Kay Lewis has been a practicing physical therapist for over 35 plus years. A native Wichitan, she graduated from Hirschi High School. Kay then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma (1972). Kay is one of the longest practicing physical therapists in the Texoma area, and has a wide knowledge of a variety of physical therapy fields and brings a quiet calm to the OSTC team. Kay has a pilot's license and her hobbies include gardening, reading, and traveling abroad.

Jennifer Cantwell, MPT,SCS Jennifer is a licensed physical therapist. She has specialized training in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. She is currently the Physical Therapist for the Wichita Falls Wildcats Hockey team and is part of the sports medicine team for Henrietta High School. After graduating from Notre Dame High School (1990), she earned her Bachelor of Science (1994) from Midwestern State University, and her Master of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University (1997). She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. She currently lives in Wichita Falls with her husband Clint and her children Ross and Ty. She enjoys spinning, wakeboarding and snowboarding in her spare time.

Laurie Portmann, PTMS,LMT Laurie Portman is a licensed physical therapist. She treats orthopaedic injuries and specializes in women's health and pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She received her Master of Science and Physical Therapy degree from Pacific Universtiy in Forest Grove, Oregon (1997). Prior to that, Laurie swam on the collegiate swimming team while earning a Bachelor of Education in Exercise Science at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. She has a certification in biofeedback for pelvic floor muscle dysfunction from the Biofeedback Institute of America, and has advanced training in pelvic floor dysfunction, and received her license as a massage therapist in 2005. Laurie is a native of Wichita Falls, graduating from WFHS in 1986. Returning to the area in 1999, she resides with her husband Kurt and her three children Max, Elijah and Sadie. Publications

Shane Berend, DPT Shane Berend is a licensed Physical Therapist. He graduated from Windthorst ISD and went on to earn his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Midwestern State University (2004). He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University (2008). Shane currently resides in Wichita Falls with his wife Kristin and their son Colton. Shane enjoys working out, playing golf, and travelling. | |
Lacy Coltharp, DPT Lacy is the newest member here at OSTC. She is a licensed Physical Therapist and has her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2011. Lacy is from Holliday, Texas and graduated from Holliday high school in 2003. She pursued a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas Tech University and graduated in 2008. She currently resides in Holliday with her husband Cody and their son Caden. Lacy likes spending time with her family and traveling when she can. | |
Steven A. Bailey, ATC,LAT,CSCS Steve is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Steve began his 30-year career as an Athletic Trainer at Pampa High School. He worked with the CBA basketball team, the Wichita Falls Texans, and was inducted into the Oil Bowl Hall of Fame (1997) for his work as an athletic trainer. He is currently the athletic trainer and coordinator of the sports medicine team at Holliday High School. Steve is also in charge of marketing and advertising for Orthopaedic Sports & Therapy Center. | |
Charlie Post, ATC, LAT, CSCS Charlie is a Certified and Licensed Athletic trainer (ATC/L) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is currently the athletic trainer and coordinator of the sports medicine team at Iowa Park High School. Also, Charlie is the Wellness Director for the facility and oversees the Athlete's Advantage summer strength and conditioning programs. Previously, Charlie served one year as graduate assistant athletic trainer for Midwestern State University (1998-1999) and four years as an athletic trainer/teacher at Wichita Falls High School (1999 - 2003). After graduating from Archer City High School (1993), he earned his Bachelor of Science (1998) and Masters (2002) degree in Kinesiology from Midwestern State University. He currently lives in Wichita Falls, Texas with his wife Jeni and their two daughters, Rylee and Regan. Charlie is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and is an avid golfer. | |
Dustin Hostas, LAT,ATC Dustin is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L), and serves as OSTC's Business Manager. After graduating from Seymour High School (1989), he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Midwestern State University (1994). He currently lives in Iowa Park with his wife Terri and their two sons, Derek and Connor. Dustin and his family love to go to the lake, water ski and camp. | |
Chad Whiterspoon, LAT,ATC Chad is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L). He is currently the athletic trainer and coordinator of the sports medicine team at City View High School. After graduating from Iowa Park High School (1991), he earned his Bachelor of Science at Midwestern State University (1996). He currently lives in Iowa Park with his wife Karen and their children, Seth, Corey and Dru. Chad and his family enjoy snow skiing, RVing, and going to the beach. | |
Eron Awakuni, LAT, ATC, CSCS Eron is a Licensed Athletic Trainer. He is the Athletic Trainer and Coordinator of the Sports Medicine Team for Notre Dame High School, Christ Academy, and assists Jennifer Cantwell with the Wildcats Hockey team. After graduating from Burkburnett I.S.D. in 2004, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Midwestern State University in 2010. Eron currently resides in Wichita Falls with his wife Amanda. He is active in his church, and enjoys wakeboarding, mountain biking, and working out. | |
