Seretha Elkins, PT, MS, SCS

Seretha is a licensed physical therapist and the Director for OSTC.  She graduated from Holliday High School (1988), then earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Woman’s University (1991) as well as a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy (1993).  Seretha’s clinical expertise is in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine.  She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy.  Seretha lectures on various topics related to orthopedic therapy and provides consultation to local high schools and universities regarding sports related injuries.  She is also part of the sports medicine team at Holliday High School.  When not working, Seretha enjoys cycling with her parents, boating, landscaping, and playing the guitar.


 
Jennifer Cantwell, MPT, SCS

Jennifer is a licensed physical therapist. She has specialized training in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She is currently the Physical Therapist for the Wichita Falls Wildcats Hockey team and is part of the sports medicine team for Henrietta High School.  After graduating from Notre Dame High School (1990), she earned her Bachelor of Science (1994) from Midwestern State University, and her Master of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University (1997). She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. She currently lives in Wichita Falls with her husband Clint and her children Ross and Ty. She enjoys spinning, and snowboarding in her spare time.

Shane Berend, PT, DPT, SCS

Shane Berend is a licensed Physical Therapist.  He graduated from Windthorst ISD and went on to earn his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Midwestern State University (2004). He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University (2008).  Shane currently resides in Wichita Falls with his wife Kristin and their son Colton.  Shane enjoys working out, playing golf, and traveling.


 
Lacy Coltharp, DPT

Lacy is a licensed Physical Therapist and has her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University (2011).  She is from Holliday, Texas and graduated from Holliday high school in 2003.  She pursued a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas Tech University and graduated in 2008.  She currently resides in Holliday with her husband Cody and their two children, Caden and Hadley. Lacy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling when she can. 


 
Juli Weger, PT, DPT

Juli is a licensed physical therapist that has been with OSTC since August of 2016.  She is from Coppell, Texas and graduated from Whitesboro High School.  She obtained a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Biology from Midwestern State University and her Doctors of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University.  She is TPI Level I certified and resides in Lakeside City.  Juli enjoys riding motorcyles with her parents and playing golf whenever she can.


 
Charlie Post, PTA, LAT, ATC, CSCS

Charlie is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has been with OSTC since 2003 and is currently working in the clinical setting evaluating athletic injuries, supervising rehabilitation programs, and overseeing athlete return to play protocols. Charlie is also pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant through Southwest Oklahoma State University. Previously (2003-2014), Charlie was the coordinator of the sports medicine team at Iowa Park High School. He also served one year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Midwestern State University and four years as an athletic trainer/teacher at Wichita Falls High School. After graduating from Archer City High School, he earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Kinesiology from Midwestern State University. He currently lives in Wichita Falls with his wife, Jeni, and their two daughters, Rylee and Regan. Charlie is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and is an avid golfer. 


 
Kris Tucker, PTA

Kris is a licensed physical therapy assistant.  He is from Holliday, Texas and graduated from Holliday High School in 2001. He then went on to receive his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (2005) from Midwestern State University and his Physical Therapy Assistant License (2012) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  Kris currently resides in Wichita Falls.  In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.


 
Steven A. Bailey, LAT, ATC, CSCS

Steve is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  Steve began his 30-year career as an Athletic Trainer at Pampa High School.  He worked with the CBA basketball team, the Wichita Falls Texans, and was inducted into the Oil Bowl Hall of Fame (1997) for his work as an athletic trainer. He is currently the athletic trainer and coordinator of the sports medicine team at Holliday High School.  Steve is also in charge of marketing and advertising for Orthopaedic Sports & Therapy Center.
A native Wichitan, Steve graduated from Wichita Falls High School (1972), he earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University (1976) and Masters degree (1979) in Education from Midwestern State University.  Steve lives in Wichita Falls with his wife Teri and his dogs, Max and Haley.  When he’s not at work, Steve plays golf and enjoys listening to music.


 
Tana Drenna, ATC, LAT, CSCS

Tana is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) aswell as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She is also aFitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the National Academy of SportsMedicine (NASM). Tana has been with OSTC since 2013 and is currently theathletic trainer and coordinator of the sports medicine team at City View HighSchool. She also provides personal training as well as nutrition counseling asa part of the wellness program. Originally from Oklahoma, Tana graduated fromYukon High School and received her Bachelors of Health and Human Performancefrom Northeastern State University and Masters Degree in Kinesiology from theUniversity of Texas at Tyler. While working on her Masters, Tana served as theathletic trainer for Bishop TK Gorman High School and the East Texas Twisterssemi pro football team. Before moving to Wichita Falls, Tana lived in Saginaw,TX and was the athletic trainer/teacher for Haltom High School. Tana currentlylives in Wichita Falls with her husband Josh and their daughter Marley. When she is not working Tana enjoys spending time with her family.


 
Colten Mass, LAT, ATC

Colten is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L).He has been with OSTC since 2010 and is currently the athletic trainer for the Burkburnett Bulldogs. When in the clinic, Colten enjoys working with baseball players and developing the baseball medicine program.  After graduating from Windthorst High School, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Midwestern State University. Colten enjoys various hobbies including: metal working, leather working, and camping. 


 
Thomas J. Patrey II, MS, LAT, ATC

Thomas is a Texas state licensed (LAT) and nationally Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He has been with OSTC since 2016 and provides sports medicine coverage for Iowa Park CISD. Originally from Fort Worth Texas, Thomas graduated from Haltom High School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and his Master’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Throughout the course of his master’s degree, Thomas’ research thesis explored the “Improvement of Visuomotor Performance Capabilities in Collegiate Football Players” in an effort to improve an athlete’s visuomotor performance in order to reduce risk of musculoskeletal injury. In his spare time, Thomas loves to travel and be around Friends and family.
