OSTC offers a variety of classes for wellness members of all fitness levels. These classes are for those looking for cardio fitness in conjunction with an upper and lower body workout under the direction of an instructor. All members of the wellness program may attend any of our classes for no additional charge. Our instructors are qualified and certified in Aquatic Exercise.

Energize and Tone “Energize and Tone” is a medium intensity class that provides a great overall aerobic workout to high energy music. Routines will be performed in the shallow water and may include a variety of equipment. No swimming skills are necessary.
Wogalates “Wogalates” incorporates yoga and pilates to improve posture and body awareness. All levels of participants are welcome. Great for those with joint and balance problems!
Cardio Burnout “Cardio Burnout” is a step up from the “Energize and Tone” classes. This class will be higher intensity, but will still include a variety of equipment and be performed in the shallow water. No swimming skills are necessary.
Total Body Blast “Total Body Blast” classes will incorporate cardiovascular and strength training through circuit training, swimming, kickboxing, and plyometrics. It is high intensity and low to medium impact. Comfort in the deep end is a must!
Funky Fitness “Funky Fitness” is medium to high intensity. Each week will feature one of our four different instructors. This will provide a variety of workout styles and both shallow water and deep water may be used.
