Exercise (2)

How many times a week should I exercise?

As many times as you want, but we recommend aiming for three times a week. 

Do I have to be a patient to workout at OSTC?

No, you do not have to be a patient to workout with us.  We are open to the public through our wellness memberships.

Medications (1)

How long should I ice a recent injury?

10 – 20 minutes and as often as every 2 hours.

Facility (2)

Do you have a pool?

Yes we have a pool.  We offer wellness memberships that include access to our pool along with aquatic classes.  The pool is open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.

What can I do if my athlete is hurt and OSTC is closed?

If you can not make an appointment call us at (940)-692-4688. We will be happy to reschedule you at a different time that fits your schedule better.
